Support Areas
Our support falls into three main areas:

Had your NDIS Application rejected?
If you are an Applicant that has had your application rejected, we can assist by looking at the reason for your rejection, and if we might be able to resubmit your application, seek an internal review, or initiate an appeal.

Had a Support reduced or rejected?
If you already have a Plan in operation and supports have been withdrawn or reduced, they could have a significant impact on your care. We can individually address these variations for internal review, of appeal.

Appeals to the Administrative Appeal Tribunal (AAT)
If your application or variation has been rejected by the NDIA, we can take the decision out of their hands by filing an appeal to re-make that decision in the AAT by an adjudicator who is not part of the NDIA. This decision is made according law, by an adjudicator who looks at the evidence put forward by you, us and our Doctors. We can appear before the AAT (a Federal body) anywhere in the country by video link.
